Our Story

From frustration to innovation

Founded in 2025 by former private equity investors, investment bankers, and software engineers, DEALPRINT was born out of years of firsthand experience in M&A. We saw that even the world’s most sophisticated institutions were still running diligence with outdated, manual workflows that wasted time, duplicated effort, and slowed deals to a crawl.

The Problem

Despite billions of dollars at stake, due diligence remains painfully labor-intensive. Teams start from scratch on every deal, slogging through repetitive analyses and reinventing the wheel each time. For large institutions this was inefficient, but for SMB buyers, search funds, and independent sponsors, it was often the difference between winning a deal or missing it entirely. Hours upon hours were wasted, and the process felt inconsistent, overwhelming, and broken.

The Solution

We built DEALPRINT so no one has to go through that again, especially in the SMB market, where resources are limited and time kills deals. By combining cutting-edge AI with deep M&A expertise, our platform automates the most repetitive and time-consuming parts of diligence. The result: faster analysis, fewer mistakes, and more SMB deals getting across the finish line.
